It's been a pretty good week for me here in New Mexico. I've spent a lot of time driving on I-25 North. I went to Las Vegas, New Mexico this week as well as Santa Fe. I also spent a brief amount of time in Las Lunas, New Mexico.
My apartment is finally starting to come together. There will be pictures forthcoming, I promise. I am trying to set up a Flickr account and really get the ball rolling with my digital camera while I am on the road.
I'm looking forward to a relaxing weekend, catching up on work a bit and then watching some U.S. Open tennis. There's supposed to be a pretty good BBQ place in ABQ run by a Black man originally from the South. It's called Mr. Powdrell's Barbeque House ... So I'll see if I can suss him out ...
With regard to U.S. Open tennis ... of course I'm rooting for James Blake
