More Americans should be paying attention to what it going on at a conference in Minnesota beginning today. There are significant issues regarding media and communications happening across the globe and especially in the United States. If you care about where your news comes from, if you own a cell phone, if you have cable television, and if you use the Internet, I highly suggest you pay attention to the National Conference on Media Reform. I've been following the events at the National Conference on Media Reform and it looks like the conference is really on fire. If you are familiar with the service Twitter, you might want to follow @ruby, @baratunde, and @freepress. Also do check the conference web site. They have done a good job documenting the sessions.
